Pre 3

The first weeks of school in Pre 3 were all about meeting new friends and exploring different ways of cooperating and sharing through various sensory play experiences.

Sensory play supports social interactions, as well as  language development, cognitive growth, motor skills and problem solving skills, while building a child’s ability to focus and increase attention span.

Even though we all have individual and unique ideas about how we like to play, we are learning to be mindful and respectful of one another’s ideas and feelings. As we spend time playing together, we can begin to understand how to express our own unique selves while still respecting other people and the whole group.
